Zinc Spray Bright is a protective aerosol coating formulated to provide long-lasting corrosion protection on metal surfaces. Its color is designed to perfectly match that of hot-dip galvanized surfaces, making it ideal for touch-up and maintenance work. It leaves a fast-drying , water-resistant, salt-resistant, and temperature-resistant coating up to 300°C . It is dry to the touch after 15 minutes and paintable after approximately 12 hours, without the need for additional treatments.

Technical Information

• Instructions for use:

  1. Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly.

  2. Shake the can well until you hear the noise of the internal sphere.

  3. Spray an even layer at room temperature, maintaining a distance of approximately 25 cm from the surface.

• Drying:

  • To the touch: after about 15 minutes

  • Paintable: after approximately 12 hours

• Resistence:

  • To the water and the salt spray

  • At high temperatures: up to 300°C

• Contains:

  • Cyclohexane

  • Ethyl acetate

• Hazard Statements:

  • Extremely flammable aerosol

  • Causes skin irritation

  • May cause drowsiness or dizziness

  • Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects

• Precautionary advice:

  • Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames or other sources of ignition

  • Do not smoke

  • Do not pierce or burn, even after use.

  • Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C

  • Protect from the sun's rays

  • Keep out of reach of children

  • Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source.

  • Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area
